In 2005 we heard many announcements of new possible theories of the formation of the Universe and watched a star shoot across the Galaxy. We watched for the first time stars being born and got closer to proving the existence of black holes.

We learned that Einstein's equation E=MC2 still holds after several new experiments throughout 2005. NASA scientists got some interesting discoveries as probes leaving the Solar System had changed speeds unexpectedly as the first manmade probes left the solar system.

Americans experienced a new debate or hybrid on the creationist concept thru a proposed "Intelligent Design” with textbook and all which was to be taught in the Pennsylvania school system; the teaching of this theory was struck down by the State Supreme Court.
