Many corporate executives and anyone who really understands the United States Constitution probably would not lose any sleep in the potential eventuality of the demise of one Elliot Spitzer. Who in many people's opinion has usurped the law, abused power and used his vindictive ways to gain personal political clout so he may run for the Governorship of New York State.

But really there are so many reasons that that Elliot Spitzer should not be killed or meet his maker. I spent the last 14 days considering all the possible reasons why Elliot Spitzer should be spared from the Grim Reaper and I came up with exactly four.

1.) He owns a cat, which needs to be fed

2.) He will make a good target of jokes during his election bid for NY Governor

3.) He gave over $20.00 to the American Red Cross

4.) He has outstanding parking tickets and the taxpayer should not have to pay this burden

On the fourth one, I do not know if he actually has outstanding parking tickets, yet I assume by his hypocrisy in attempting to help the consumer when no consumer has been harmed and extort money that he is not one to follow the law, any law for that matter in my opinion. On number thr

ee, I do not know if the rumor is true that he actually gave to the Red Cross, as it is only a rumor, much like his PR and witch hunting tactics, as he attacks American Free Enterprise. For number two, I am quite certain as a teller of jokes that one is true. For number one, he may not actually own a cat, but if he did, I like cats, so that would be a good reason to spare his ugly butt.

Now then, when he gets all worked up on TV, doesn't he just look like Satan? Come on humor me, take a look at some of the pictures of him in the Newspaper. Now is that a man you want as Governor of NY? Consider my opinions here and think on this in 2006.
