When the Justice Department lied under oath to get a conviction on Martha Stewart, at that point they violated the trust of the American People and proved they can never be trusted again? Truth, Justice and the American way does not including lying under oath, filing complaints sprinkled with lies or attacking entrepreneurs who have brought to this nation everything you see everywhere you go. The Department of Justice damaged their image by attacking Martha Stewart and made us look likfe fools in the rest of the world. Is this the DOJ's answer to curbing corporate corruption; a dog and pony show going after a celebrity billionaire? That is sick, is that the best the DOJ has to offer?

In fact it is people like Martha Stewart who have made this country great. How dare the DOJ lie in court to convict someone they claim lied to them? It is appalling the hypocrisy of what we call Justice in this Nation. If that is justice then there is no such thing as

justice in America, it has died. Did they tap her phone lines too? And we wonder why most Americans do not want the Patriot Act to be renewed? It is not that the Patriot Act is not a good idea to catch International Terrorists, it may in fact be the only good way; it is that the American People do not trust the system. And why is that? Well you need not look any further than the attack on Martha Stewart.
