In a stunning turn of events French President Jauque Chirac has made a statement that if France is attacked by any Terrorist States that he vows to retaliate with Nuclear Weapons. In fact this is part of the French doctrine of nuclear deterrence. Additionally Jacques Chirac said that any attacks on strategic supplies (oil) would be included in that promise.

France has 188 nuclear weapons that are fully capable now, 69 of which are large mega tonage, although some rumors say France's total is closer to 211 although most intelligence agencies do not believe that number to be accurate. Needless to say Iran only has 88 cities even worth destroying and 35 to 40 cities would pretty much wipe out the entire country as the World knows it.

What is interesting about this is that in Jacques Chirac's comments he included the phrase vital interest of allies and strategic supplies. Folks, there is going to be a war or Iran is going to have regime change. France's nuclear weapon capability are all out type weapons not small tactical nukes. These weapons would be fired from Submarines not land based units, some could be dropped by aircraft fighter-bombers.
