Yes, if you are a manager you should meditate. There is no exception possible. You can't escape this one. But first, let's have a look behind the reason.
Why should you?

Discipline is about managing the will. Will power, the power of the will is important in business management. The whole concept of management is based on this management of the will of others.

Discipline is doing just that; making sure that you keep focused and concentrated. You might want to deviate from what said and promised to do earlier, but this will make you less credible.
