In a contest applauded for it's ability to turn underdogs into champions the NCAA Basketball tournament has been a contest especially surprised by upsets this year. While the tournament was drolly predictable going into the sweet sixteen, that round saw all four top-seeded teams eliminated.

"At that point things pretty much went haywire.” Said Will Catlett, chief sports editor at SportsBettingScams.org, an online sports book watchdog site. "So what we're really looking at is a lot of unhappy sports bettors.”
