Today's Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are now PC friendly. Sometimes referred to as PC Based Oscilloscopes, these new technological wonders allow you to use your Laptop or Desktop Computer to display their readouts. Even with the increase in sampling rates and storage capabilities the appeal for these types of Oscilloscopes is continuing to grow at a rapid rate.
Some of these PC Based Oscilloscopes offer the standard Oscilloscope functions through single or dual channels. Some of these PC Oscilloscopes have the capability to read frequencies as high as 200 MHz making them a valuable piece of test equipment for any Electronic Technicians workbench.
Just like an ordinary bench top Oscilloscope, these PC Based Oscilloscopes can read frequencies, voltages, currents and more. Best of all these readings can be viewed on your computer screen. These readings can be stored in your computers memory for later viewing or comparisons. Best of all these PC Oscilloscopes are extremely portable, and weigh no more than a few pounds, making them a great tool for any Electronic Technician who works outside of a traditional repair shop.
