Black entrepreneurs have always been in news for some or the other reason and their success have been controversial issue in the US. Still many people in the US believes that blacks have not achieved any success through their capability in the business community of the country, but this not entirely correct. Few prominent persons in the US have an opinion that Blacks are outshining the whites in proving their mettle in the business world. According to a news story published in Forbes, it is found out that only a handful of Black-Americans have been successful in earning positions in the annual profile of the nation’s wealthiest 400. The data clearly represents that the Black America do not possess enough assets, which are considered as a basis for the strong foundation of stability and security for middle-class whites. There are other factors such as racial segregation and presence of discrimination, which have restricted Blacks to generate wealth. Without any capital and wealth, it is quite impossible to survive in the competitive world.
